Regulamin
  1. Umowa najmu domku zostaje zawarta z chwila jej podpisania przez obie strony lub potwierdzenia rezerwacji poczta elektroniczna oraz wniesienia zadatku (min. 30% lecz nie mniej niż 400 zł). Jeżeli zadatek nie zostanie wniesiony w terminie 3 dni od podpisania umowy, umowa traci moc. PROSIMY O PRZEMYŚLANE REZERWACJE, PONIEWAŻ ZADATEK NIE PODLEGA ZWROTOWI
  2. Za podpisanie umowy uważa się także wpłatę zadatku, przelewem bankowym na konto podane w umowie, lub poprzez pocztę elektroniczna.
  3. Gospodarz kwatery zobowiązuje się udostępnić Najemcy pomieszczenia wraz z wyposażeniem, zgodnie z postanowieniami umowy, w stanie zdatnym do umówionego użytku.
  4. Najemca zobowiązuje się wykorzystywać kwaterę zgodnie z jej przeznaczeniem i nie może bez zgody Gospodarza podnajmować, ani używać innych pomieszczeń lub miejsc noclegowych w kwaterze nie uwzględnionych w umowie.
  5. Przyjmowanie, za zgoda Gospodarza dodatkowych osób do kwatery, wymaga dodatkowej opłaty, domek może wynajmować max 7osób.
  6. Kwatera zostaje wydana Najemcy wraz z wyposażeniem, którego stan strony powinny sprawdzić w chwili przyjmowania i oddawania pomieszczeń. Najemca odpowiada za zniszczenia i nadmierne zużycie wyposażenia kwatery. Wszelkie braki i uszkodzenia Najemca powinien niezwłocznie zgłosić Gospodarzowi.
  7. Oplata za najem nie obejmuje sprzątania kwatery, chyba ze umówiono się inaczej.
  8. Najemca może zlecić sprzątanie kwatery Gospodarzowi w czasie pobytu, za oplata 120,00 zł.
  9. Najemca może od umowy odstąpić nie później niż na jeden miesiąc przed rozpoczęciem pobytu, zgłaszając odstąpienie na piśmie. Jeśli Najemca zgłosi odstąpienie później, lub nie wykorzysta wynajętej kwatery, Gospodarz może dochodzić zapłaty całej kwoty za pobyt.
  10. Jeżeli Najemca w terminie 24 godzin od planowanego rozpoczęcia pobytu nie powiadomi Gospodarza o planowanym opóźnieniu, Gospodarz może kwaterę wynająć innej osobie.
  11. Przerwanie pobytu przez Najemce nie zwalnia go od wniesienia całej opłaty. W sytuacjach losowych, niezależnych od Najemcy, Gospodarz może obniżyć opłatę za niewykorzystany pobyt o taka część, jaka zaoszczędzi w związku z niewykorzystaniem świadczeń.
  12. Trzymanie zwierząt domowych na kwaterze, bez wcześniejszego uzgodnienia z Gospodarzem nie jest dopuszczalne.
  13. Gospodarz może odstąpić od umowy bez obowiązku zwrotu Najemcy wniesionych opłat, jeżeli Najemca wykorzystuje kwaterę niezgodnie z umowa lub jej przeznaczeniem, lub jeżeli jego zachowanie jest sprzeczne z zasadami współżycia społecznego i uniemożliwia korzystanie z wypoczynku innym osobom.
  14. Gospodarz ma prawo w każdej chwili skontrolować stan domków i ich eksploatacje.
  15. Używanie sprzętu AGD i RTV przenośnych oraz innych własnych urządzeń elektrycznych nie należących do wyposażenia doku, wyłącznie za zgoda Gospodarza.
  16. Wykupiony pobyt nie stanowi ubezpieczenia od następstw nieszczęśliwych wypadków, przebywających w nich osób, kradzieży i zniszczenia mienia.
  17. Gospodarstwo nie prowadzi recepcji, kwaterowanie gości do godziny 22.00 ewentualnie w innych godzinach po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu.
  18. Każdy z Gości ma wyznaczone miejsce parkingowe swojego pojazdu, parking jest bezpłatny, niestrzeżony.
  19. Na terenie domku obowiązuje kategoryczny ZAKAZ PALENIA !!! nie przestrzeganie go skutkuje grzywna w wysokości 1500zl (jest to koszt mycia wszystkich powierzchni drewnianych do których przesiąkł dym tytoniowy, oraz prania pościeli etc...)
  20. Doba noclegowa trwa od godziny 16.00 do godziny 10.00 dnia następnego. Przedłużenie o 4 godziny skutkuje dopłata za cala następna dobę, chyba ze uzgodniono inaczej.
  21. Zaplata za wynajęcie kwatery: W dniu przybycia na kwaterę, Najemca po zaakceptowaniu warunków zobowiązany jest okazać Gospodarzowi dowód osobisty w celach meldunkowych i uiścić opłatę za cały pobyt (po odjęciu wcześniejszego zadatku) + taksę klimatyczna (kwotę aktualizuje Rada Miasta Zakopanego).
  22. Oplata za niewykorzystane noclegi nie podlega zwrotowi.
  23. Osoby z zewnątrz nie zameldowane, mogą przebywać na terenie obiektu najdalej do godz. 22.00, tylko i wyłącznie po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu tego z Gospodarzem.
  24. Uiszczenie opłaty za pobyt jest jednoznaczne z akceptacja niniejszego regulaminu.
  25. Naruszenie obowiązującego regulaminu skutkuje natychmiastowym rozwiązaniem umowy, a co za tym idzie, opuszczenie obiekt.
REGULATIONS OF STAY
  1. The chalet rental contract is valid when signed by both parties. The booking is confirmed via e-mail or when a deposit payment is made (min. 30% but not less than 100,00 EUR). If the deposit is not paid within 3 days from signing the contract, the contract is terminated. PLEASE MAKE YOUR BOOKING WITH CAREFUL CONSIDERATION AS DEPOSIT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE RETURNED
  2. Signing of the contract comes into effect when a deposit payment is made via bank transfer on the account specified in the contract, or via email.
  3. The host of the accommodation provides the chalet Renter with the rooms and equipment in accordance with the contract, fit for use.
  4. The chalet Renter undertakes to use the chalet in accordance with its intended use and cannot sublet or use other rooms or accommodation places in the chalet without the host’s permission.
  5. If the chalet Renter would like to accommodate more people than it was agreed – the host permission is required and an additional charge will be imposed.
  6. The chalet Renter and the host should both check the condition of the chalet and its equipment at the moment of check-in and check-out. The chalet Renter is responsible for any damage and excessive use of the amenities of the chalet. If any equipment is missing or damaged - the chalet Renter should immediately report it to the host.
  7. The price of the rent do not include cleaning of the chalet unless it was agreed with the host.
  8. The Renter may ask for the cleaning of the chalet during the stay for an additional charge of 50,00 EURO.
  9. The Renter may cancel the reservation at least one month before the arrival date. The cancellation must be in written form. If the Renter makes a cancellation less than one month before the arrival date or will not arrive at all, the host may demand a full payment for the reservation.
  10. If the Renter does not check-in within 24 hours from the booked arrival date and will not inform the host about the delay, the host may rent the chalet to other person.
  11. If the Renter decides to terminate his stay, he is still obliged to pay a full amount for the whole booked period. In case of unforeseen events - independent of the Renter, the host may reduce the fee for the unused period of accommodation.
  12. Keeping pets is not allowed unless it was agreed with the host earlier.
  13. The host may terminate the contract without any reimbursement of the payment if the Renter uses the accommodation against the rules set in the contract or if the Renter’s behavior is against the rules and prevents other people from enjoying their holiday.
  14. The host is allowed to supervise the condition of the chalet at any time.
  15. Using own household goods and other electrical appliances is not permitted unless it was agreed with the host earlier.
  16. The rental of the chalet does not include or cover an accident insurance of the accommodated people – including theft or property damage.
  17. The chalets do not have a reception desk – check-in is available until 10 pm - the hour can be changed if agreed with the host earlier.
  18. Each of the Guests has own designated parking space which is free of charge, unguarded.
  19. Smoking is categorically FORBIDDEN!! For not obeying this rule the fine of 400,00 EUR will be imposed ( it is the cost of cleaning all wooden surfaces from the cigarette smoke ).
  20. The hotel day starts at 4 pm and ends next day at 10 am. If the Renter extends his stay by 4 hours and it was not agreed with the host, the Renter will be fully charged for another day.
  21. Payment rules:
    On the day of arrival the Renter is obliged to show an ID to check-in, pay the whole amount for the stay ( subtracting the deposit ), pay the tourist tax which is set by city council.
  22. There is no refund for shortening the length of the stay.
  23. Anyone who is not checked-in can be on the property till 11 pm, only by prior agreement with the host
  24. Finalizing the payment means an acceptance of the above rules.
  25. Violation of the above rules means an immediate termination of the contract and consequently leaving the property.
MIETBEDINGUNGEN
  1. Der Mietvertrag für das Ferienhaus wird durch Unterzeichnung durch beide Parteien oder die Bestätigung der Reservierung per E-Mail und der Zahlung einer Anzahlung (min. 30%, aber nicht weniger als 100 EURO) abgeschlossen. Wird die Anzahlung nicht innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Vertragsunterzeichnung geleistet, erlischt der Vertrag. WIR MOCHTEN AUSDRÜCKLICH DARAUF HINWEISEN, DASS DIE ANZAHLUNG NICHT RÜCKERSTATTET WIRD, DAHER BITTEN WIR UM WOHL ÜBERLEGTE RESERVIERUNGEN.
  2. Als Unterzeichnung des Vertrages gilt auch die Anzahlung, per Überweisung auf das im Vertrag angegebene Konto oder per E-Mail.
  3. Der Vermieter ist verpflichtet, dem Mieter gemäß den Bestimmungen des Vertrages Zugang zu den Räumlichkeiten und Geräten in einem für die vereinbarte Nutzung geeigneten Zustand zu gewähren.
  4. Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, das Ferienhaus bestimmungsgemäß zu nutzen und darf ohne Zustimmung des Gastgebers keine Zimmer in dem Ferienhaus untervermieten.
  5. Die Aufnahme von zusätzlichen Personen im Ferienhaus ist nur mit Zustimmung des Gastgebers möglich und erfordert eine zusätzliche Gebühr.
  6. Das Ferienhaus wird dem Mieter zusammen mit der Ausstattung übergeben, deren Zustand von den Parteien bei der Entgegennahme und Rückgabe der Räume überprüft werden sollte. Der Mieter ist für jegliche Schäden und übermäßigen Gebrauch der Ausstattung verantwortlich. Etwaige Mängel oder Beschädigungen an der Ausstattung sind unverzüglich dem Vermieter zu melden.
  7. Der Mietpreis beinhaltet nicht die Reinigung des Ferienhauses (sofern es nicht anders vereinbart wurde).
  8. Der Mieter kann die Reinigung der Unterkunft während des Aufenthaltes gegen eine Gebühr von 50 EURO einrichten lassen.
  9. Der Mieter kann vom Vertrag bis spätestens einen Monat vor Beginn des Aufenthaltes zurücktreten, indem er den Vermieter schriftlich über den Rücktritt informiert. Erfolgt der Rücktritt zu spät oder die gemietete Unterkunft wird nicht in Anspruch genommen, kann der Vermieter die Zahlung der gesamten Unterkunftsgebühr verlangen.
  10. Tritt der Mieter den Aufenthalt nicht innerhalb von 24 Stunden ab dem geplanten Aufenthaltsbeginn an, kann der Vermieter diese s Ferienhaus an eine andere Person vermieten.
  11. Die Unterbrechung des Aufenthaltes durch den Mieter entbindet ihn nicht von der Zahlung der gesamten Mietgebühr. Bei schicksalbedingten, durch den Mieter unverschuldeten Verhinderungen, kann der Vermieter die Gebühr für den ungenutzten Aufenthalt um einen Teil reduzieren, den er aufgrund der Nichtnutzung der Leistungen sparen wird.
  12. Die Haltung von Haustieren im Ferienhaus ohne vorherige Absprache mit dem Vermieter ist nicht gestattet.
  13. Der Vermieter kann vom Vertrag zurücktreten, ohne die Verpflichtung zur Rückerstattung der vom Mieter gezahlten Gebühren, wenn der Mieter die Unterkunft vertragswidrig nutzt oder wenn sein Verhalten gegen die Grundsätze des sozialen Rücksichtnahme verstößt und die Erholung anderer Menschen verhindert.
  14. Der Vermieter hat das Recht, den Zustand des Ferienhauses und deren Nutzung jederzeit zu überprüfen.
  15. Verwendung von Haushaltsgeräten, tragbarer Audio- und Videogeräte und anderer Elektrogeräte, die nicht zu der Austattung gehören ist ausschliesslich mit Zustimmung des Vermieters gestattet.
  16. Der gebuchte Aufenthalt stellt keine Versicherung gegen Personen-, Diebstahl- und Sachschäden dar.
  17. Der Vermieter hat keine Rezeption, der Check-in erfolgt bis 22.00 Uhr, nur nach einer früheren Absprache auch zum späteren Zeitpunkt möglich.
  18. Jeder Gast verfügt über einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz für sein Fahrzeug, das Parken ist kostenlos und unbewacht.
  19. Im Ferienhaus gilt es ein kategorisches RAUCHVERBOT!! bei Nichtbeachtung droht eine Geldstrafe von 400,00 EUR (es sind die Kosten für das Waschen aller Holzoberflächen vom Tabakrauch und das Waschen von Bettwäsche).
  20. Der Miettag dauert von 16.00 Uhr bis 10.00 Uhr des Folgetages. Eine Verlängerung um 4 Stunden führt zu einer zusätzlichen Zahlung für den gesamten nächsten Tag, sofern nicht anders vereinbart.
  21. Zahlung der Mietgebühr für die Anmietung des Ferienhauses: Am Tag der Ankunft ist der Mieter nach erfolgten Übergabe verpflichtet, dem Vermieter einen Ausweis zur Registrierung vorzulegen und die Gebühr für den gesamten Aufenthalt (abzüglich der Anzahlung) + Kurabgabe zu entrichten, deren Höhe vom Stadtrat von Zakopane festgesetz wurde.
  22. Die Gebühr für ungenutzte Nächte ist nicht erstattungsfähig.
  23. Nicht registrierte Personen dürfen sich nur bis 22.00 Uhr und nur nach vorheriger Absprache mit dem Vermieter im Ferienhaus aufhalten.
  24. Die Zahlung der Aufenthaltsgebühr gilt als Anerkennung dieser Bestimmungen. Ein Verstoß gegen die geltenden Vorschriften führt zur sofortigen Beendigung des Vertrages und damit zum Verlassen der Anlage.
